Adoption Form

Tell us about you and your requirements

The information requested on this form tells us a little about you, your family and what you're looking for in a rescue Doberman. It also helps us match our rescues with the families best suited for their unique personalities. Our goal is to place Dobermans into forever homes, where they are wanted and loved for the rest of their lives. Please provide us with as much accurate and complete information as possible, it's the first step in finding a perfect match for you and our rescues.

Please note: there is a donation requested for each rescue placed. This can vary significantly based on the Doberman, the expenses we've incurrred on the Doberman's behalf and the specifics of the Doberman. We often spend far more on rehabilitating a Doberman than we request as a donation. For others the donation helps defray the excess expenses of more needy Dobermans. We are a not-for-profit organization and everyone involved is a volunteer. Any money we receive goes to covering past, current and future expenses for rescuing Dobermans in southern California. Also note: if the rescue Doberman is an unspayed or unneutered puppy, we require a fully refundable spay/neuter deposit of $350. This is specifically because we do not want our rescues to add to the pet overpopulation problem. The deposit is refundable provided the rescue has not been mated and is spayed or neutered before reaching one year of age.

If you have any questions or concerns you may note them in the comment section below. An incomplete or (digitally) unsigned adoption form will not be considered. If you have general questions before applying for adoption, please use our general contact form.
