'The' Commercial
The Nova Scotia SPCA produced this commercial through their ad agency Porkiepie Hat in Canada. This is one of the very best commercials on "throwing away" pets, yet the CBC in Nova Scotia refused to run the ad. Our thanks to SPCA in Nova Scotia for "reaching people" in the name of animals. We wish everyone who was going to bring a pet into their home be required to watch this FIRST!
