What's what, who's where and how the #%@! do I find it? You've come to the right place. DobermanResQ's site is built first and foremost for rescuing Dobermans in need of a loving, forver family and home. The core of our site is built around the rescues. There are three primary areas of rescue and a few ancillary ones.
The first is Aztec Doberman Rescue. These pages present Dobermans currently in rescue looking for a new home. We have stories and photos of the Dobermans. We also try to publish the adoption stories of Dobermans which have past through Aztec on our adoption gallery pages.
The second is Dobermans in San Diego County Shelters. We frequently scan the County and Humane Society pages in San Diego and provide the links for Dobermans in these shelters. We don't typically know of the adoption stories so they're generally not published.
The third is Dobemans in need in Southern California or SoCal . Here we publish Dobermans that come to our attention in shelters in Orange, Riverside and sometime Los Angles Counties. We do not regularly search for available Dobermans in these shelters but do publish them when they are brought to our attention, typically Dobermans at risk of euthanasia.
We also provide links to Northern California Doberman Rescues and sites featuring Dobermans available in Northern California. We do not publish any information on specific Dobermans available in Northern California.
Finally, we provide links to other Doberman Rescues throughout the US. Again, given the scope, we do not provide any information on specific Dobermans available.
Our site also has pages with interesting information, like our health pages and news in the Doberman world.
Of course we have our shopping pages which links you our DobermanResQ gifts, each purchase helping our rescue efforts.
